The moments that mostly remind me how much I love my job are when a group of sceptical individualists discover that something special has happened and they feel the effect of trust and cooperation fulfilling the core need of belonging.

Well, breathing brings great results. That’s why US Navy Seals do it. Some clients want to experience better performance and concentration at work. Others need tools for relaxation, better sleep quality or stress management.

I believe that everybody can change if they want it. There is just one precondition – freedom to be open to the world. When entangled in life’s doings it might be a challenge to allocate time for being with self, this is where a good coach and a companion can be of support.

Mentorship through action. Mentorship for me is not just about sharing knowledge. It is about the shift of perception and helping others to find the right answers for themselves. Where lies action, lies feedback and through feedback - we can find solutions and meaning.

How to – from human being to being human. I used to be an entrepreneur, founded over 6 companies myself, felt being successful, while I was outer world driven. And still I see myself in that entrepreneurial environment, today more as a source of inspiration for the millennials or young entrepreneurs and start up I deal with.

I see true knowledge as a personal experience and personal power as result of impeccable execution in all daily matters. I stand for personal power and freedom from social conditioning. I represent not only passive acceptance of what is but also active participation in life to fight for what I believe in.

In a business career spanning 35 years I have discovered how little I know, how little I can achieve by myself, how often and how catastrophically I can fail, how desperately rare and hard won true success is, and how the right people matter more to me than anything else in life.

Mentoring for me is about creating a mirror for you, so that you can see how your motivations within the business will contribute to your success. I will also help you understand any beliefs/attitudes that you have that could get in the way of what you want to achieve, and how to resolve those things.

Key to mentoring is to provide relevant guidance, and provide examples of real experiences, and follow up with relevant actionable items - no theories.

We are all human beings and my role is to serve as a loving mirror enabling self-development or good decisions. Professionally I’m enthusiastic on mentoring transformative startup founders working on high net positive impact for our planet, people or society.

All of my mentoring experience has been based on reacting intuitively. It has been my luck that so far my apprentices have been naturally curious. They ask, I answer. I reply I immediately, as I either have something to say, or I don't.

Realizing what we really are, allows to get to the very important (and often not that pleasing) point of self-acceptance, making us to take away certain illusions and assumptions about our personality.

The role of any teacher or mentor is to discover what the student does not yet see in himself, both the positive and the negative, and to help him draw it out, analyze it, and then make use of these discoveries in navigating his context of problems and opportunities.

I love asking profound questions to provoke critical thinking and helping others find the right answers for themselves - to get clarity, shift perceptions, focus and take action on the most important things daily.

My “answers” are only an understanding which leads me to my next question. In all I do I seek to learn about myself, about my world. As I gain insight, that insight in itself alters how I see things which then leads me to my next contemplation, based on a different understanding.
