MASTERCLASS
Threshold to Excellence
August 19-22
Norra Manor, Järva County
Estonia
We will show you a different world –
a world in which you can learn to take control of your life’s circumstances, a world in which you are no longer a victim
but a victor – free to live your life rather than just existing
The Threshold to Excellence starts off by giving you the chance to discover exactly where you are at in your life, how you feel about yourself, and how you react to others.
We will explore what is happening now, in all areas of your life. This is important because it is impossible to move forward in the right direction until you know from where you are starting.
Once this has been established, we give you the tools to move forward in the direction you choose. We teach you how to handle the challenges that come your way, enabling you to move through them with skill, rather than avoiding or running away from them.
All too often we seek to avoid taking responsibility for our lives, reacting to situations with blame and anger. It is not surprising that we end up feeling powerless and victimized in a world that is unfair and unjust, and has no meaning.

We teach you:
-
How to get back in touch with your emotions and how to use them.
-
That you are not your behavior; you are not defined by what you have done; you are not your mistakes.
-
The true meaning of responsibility, and how to work with it.
-
How to create value in your life.
-
How to move from victim to victor.
-
The keys to trusting yourself.
-
To move beyond the limitations of perfectionism, and instead aim for impeccability.
-
How to get out of limbo and create a vision for yourself.
-
How to explore the time when you were very little, that time when you got the idea and started to believe that you were not worthy in some way and;
-
How you internalized that belief.
-
How that belief comes back again and again to haunt you.
-
What the social conditioning was to keep you at that place where you find yourself holding back in your life, and playing smaller than your true potential.
Responsibility means the “ability to respond,“
and through learning to take responsibility for your life,
you will start to experience and unfold your own strengths,
creativity and joy.
Nothing can quite match knowing that you are equipped to handle every challenge that arises in your life. Along with the development of your own power and uniqueness, you will begin to notice the beauty and mystery in your life and we will teach you how to make these qualities grow.
The most important relationship you need to work on is the relationship with yourself because:
– If you do not respect yourself,
– If you do not value yourself,
– If you do not trust yourself,
Then who will?
– If you do not love yourself,
Then why should anyone else?

About Rein Lemberpuu
The Facilitator
Rein is the founder of the Toltec .Core and the bearer of its vision. The organisation is dedicated to practical education in fulfilling the dreams of the Soul, the Dreamer. Rein finds joy in supporting people in discovering their own path with heart.
In secondary school, Rein was interested in technology and human relationships. Later, these same interests supported his career at Playtech, one of Estonia’s first unicorn companies. He started as a developer and grew into the company’s CEO. A few years later, he had everything that is commonly associated with success: a career, a home, and a family—yet he found himself in a crisis. This inspired him to investigate what lies beyond the conventional understanding of our world. In the course of his search, he found a path that felt deeply familiar to him, as if he had come home—the Toltec Teachings. Rein has not experienced any miraculous event, no lightning strike, no divine revelation, nor an awakening through psychedelics. However, the Toltec Teachings have a transformative effect on human beings, and as a result, his life, and especially all of his relationships, changed completely. True change always comes from clarity. It was then that he began creating a school through which he could share these teachings, as well as his own experience of hunting for knowledge and realising his potential through that.
Rein’s approach to guiding people is simple, honest, and highly practical. He supports individuals in learning from their own life experiences in order to find their path. This approach is deeply life-supportive and empowering because it teaches and encourages you to resolve the various problems and challenges that arise along your way. Although the approach Rein offers is logical and practical, an irrational interaction always takes place in parallel. In this way, the mind and the heart work hand in hand.
About Anu Lemberpuu
The Co-Facilitator
Anu is greatly interested in a person. She enjoys creating the flow together that comes from listening to the other person, thinking and feeling along, and seeing them discover their inner superpowers that will lead them closer to their dreams.
Anu’s journey to get to know businesses and herself started in banking. At one point she wanted to experience how these business ideas come to life and what makes one company successful and the other not. So she moved forward to an international shared service center developing business processes and later continued her journey as a quality manager.
The main thing she learned is that people want to make a difference, they want to help their companies to grow.
That led her to coaching and mentoring. She has loved asking questions all of her life, she has had a curiosity to unfold the mysteries of the World, and to understand more of where we live in. And of the worlds beyond this world. So this is a natural flow of life that now she is in a business that supports people to look for their own mystery.
In most cases, people are not friends with change. It creates confusion and fear of the unknown. Yet there is something very ancient in change, very fresh and creative. Transformation is something that gives us power, we become more confident and discover all the new aspects that life has to offer. So this is why Anu feels that it is her duty to support people on this journey getting to know themselves.
Anu is part of the .Contriber School and its community supporting people on their journey to their Path with the Heart. Today, Anu enjoys being the lady in the life of her dear husband Rein, and is a proud mother to her son.
